Jenne Brothers Machine Shop was founded in 1968 by Carlton Jenne. In 1973 he was joined by his brother Norman Jenne and the company became a partnership. The company continued as a partnership until January of 2009 when it became a corporation. The corporation was known as JBMS, Inc. dba Jenne Machine Shop. As of August 2017, the company was purchased by Larry Tetreault and the name was changed to Jenne Machine LLC. The company employs 14 people with two shifts.
